So its now common knowledge that Santa doesn't live in a quaint little elf village, and he lives in a HQM snowflake..    Complete with present room, Elf and Safety area and Giant Christmas tree.  Merry Christmas ya filthy animals!

Its Launch time up in the north Pole.  Santa has put on a few pounds and so needs a longer run up..   Here is a very simple launcher complete with even more simple reindeer stables.  No wonder its Free!

Simple little Christmassy prefab.   The North Pole Present Company.  Historically selling cheaply made, junk to parents at Christmas to appease their offspring for another year.
Just like Christmas.  Dont expect too much from this and you wont be disappointed!!.

Featuring 5 strategically placed NPCs and 3 loot boxes the tree challenge is a tricky one.  Can you kill the npc's after climbing the ladders or will you attempt t take them from below.  
Please feel free to contact me if you find any bugs or something could be better.  I design for you guys - the players and I want you to enjoy my creations.

This fairly large Custom Prefab features 4 floors of mixed medical related content.  Has a few loot boxes  scattered, semi hidden at times.
Includes 2 ward areas, X-ray room, storage, chapel, cafe/retaurant, toilets, offices and staff room areas. 
If you notice anything that doesnt quite work or is not quite right, please let me know, as I create for you the rust loving gamers.

Cobalt training centre challenge.  NPCs, loot boxes.  A tough challenge for a solo.
The training centre features NPC spawns on every one of the 4 floors, behind doors and in strategically difficult places to kill.
If you find a bug or something that's not quite right please contact me and I will attempt a fix.
 

This custom contains 16+ liveable units made up of large or small caravan (see my other listings for descriptions).   Also a clubhouse with bar, card table and slot machines,  green card, barrels and standard crates.
Toilet block and washing area, pool with outside seating and imitation tennis court.
 

A static caravan featuring a bed, storage chest and spawning food crate.  Perfect for a little holiday home.   Have many a peaceful break in this little beauty.

Also have a complete caravan park set up with 16+ liveable caravans.  Perfect for a busy server to reduce buildings in central points and keep FPS reasonable.
 

Like its bigger brother (Large Caravan) this little static caravan has a bed, storage container and a spawning food crate.  Perfect when you need to get away from it all and chill.
