View File Industrial Loft | Place For Building Matching to Rust, you have now the chance to live in an old industrial loft! This house comes equipped with beautiful arched windows, a modern kitchen on herringbone parquet and a bathroom. Otherwise, the floor plan is loft typical open, so you can build your own dream base in it. Role play terrace houses. 3 variants - red, white, brown Role play terrace houses for your server. Features a large lounge/Kitchen area with 2x 2 seater sofas, fully working radio (on side table), large functioning open fire for those colder evenings, hanging pictures (to paint or /sil). large kitchen area with fully functional cooker, fridge & cupboard storage. A staircase leads to the master bedroom with includes 2x functional locker units, a double bed (for placing sleeping bags on), huge stack of storage chest, hangings pictures & a pookie bear to keep you safe on the dark nights. The front door allows for a lock to be placed by players. Players can place deployable items on both the first and second floor. I would advise if placed in a terrace row (close together) to set a no TC zone with oxides zonemanager plugin. Large buildable PVE/Roleplay-Area. (Note: You can't build everything. That means you are not able to place walls if there is alrdy a foundation. What you can is placing all kind of deployables and definitly build when theres no foundation.) The basic idea of this is the animal shelter itself (Nice with a pet-plugin or maybe a soon coming extention). You can spawn wolfs, chicken, bears, whatever in the seperated cells (they will stay there). There is space for a vet, a farmer and a (car) mechanic or whatever your playerbase can think of. Two "crimescenes" for RP-Szenarios are also included. Swimming dead bodies and stuff in the underground silo and human meat parts in the boar trough. You can spraycan some entities. (doors, boxes, ect.) The area in and around the area has no prevent building zone. Prefabcount: around 3000 Requires: uMod/Oxide, RustEdit DLL Feedback would be appreciated.$10
