I will answer your questions. 1) last update "Oxide.Ext.RustEdit.dll " it was February 2, 2023, if you said that you downloaded it a month ago, then you do not need to update it. All the electrics on the card are working properly, I say this as an ordinary user. 2) in order for trains to appear at stations, the latest version of the "Workcart Spawner" plugin must be installed. but if you have other plugins related to trains, then they have their own settings for setting the points of appearance of trains for custom maps.

    Download the extension Oxide.Ext.RustEdit.dll and put it in the RustDedicated_Data >>> Managed folder before shutting down the server.
