A nice looking town can work with the Hotel Plugin (it is not 100% compatible yet since it has 2 doors and the plugin only uses one door) or by its own.
To make it work with the Hotel plugin just place codelocks on main entrance in every hose and place normal locks on the rest of the doors to avoid unwanted visitors.
The town has 18 houses. Each house comes with a nice yard where you can build on, you can build inside the house aswell. Also all the houses come with several prefabs like lights, bed, tables, etc. All the houses have a helipad on top.
You can only build inside the house and in the yard, everything else is blocked, makes it perfect for roleplay, pve or even pvp.
If you want to use it as an arena just block all the doors with locks.
 
Tip: First apply the splat, then the height (in case you need to adjust the prefab to the splat).

Multi leveled floors with red card room and lots of loot each level, NO NPC's added. You can add yourself.  Rust Edit NPC's dont work well on this prefab. Better Npc's works amazing 
on this prefab and you can kit them out. This is a great prefab to add to your server for the Holiday Season that the players will love looting!

This door has a little mystery. In order to open this door, you need to send a signal 4131 on your radio console or radio transmitter. The door is opened by a remote control from the outside and from the inside, as well as the door can be opened by a kinetic wheel from the inside. This door is perfect as a part for your puzzle and for a great entrance to RadTown or another custom monument.

Harry tried to start a new business again, farming. The attempt was unsuccessful, he used strange fertilizers. Radiation zones appeared in the hangars.
The loot does not fit on the monument.

Bradley Island is an offshore point of interest for players to challenge their skills taking down Bradley APC within the Abandoned Ruins of a Cobalt laboratory on a offshore jungle  Island , destroy the tank and loot the laboratory , can they make it ?
The Island has a Bradley APC roaming in circle the Laboratory and numerous node / hemp / wood and misc spawns to ensure the experience is worth the trouble and the Laboratory has a red key card door guarding 2 hackable crates inside it.
 

Here's a little buildable dome I have used on a couple maps, great for those people that like a nice cave or just something cool to build in on a server.

Twits Nightclub is meant to be more of a social hub than a main monument, has some vendors otherwise just a fun place to hang out.
