Placeable Recycler zero stability support

Hey man

I was wondering if you could add a function to toggle the stability for the recycler. Currently, when placing a recycler on a foundation, and removing the foundation, the recycler floats in the air. I come across decaying bases with the recycler hanging 3 stories high in the air. I would appreciate if it could break as soon as the foundation is removed. Also, if possible, is there a way to have a function to only let it be placeable on a foundation or base tile/roof, and not on the ground/grass, and that you have to have building privilege to place it?
