Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://weoxide.net ("WEOXIDE", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. Digital Products (Assets)

WEOXIDE sells digital content including, but not limited to:

• Rust game assets and plugins

• Website themes, scripts, and source code

• Other downloadable or access-based digital products

By purchasing from WEOXIDE, you expressly agree to waive any rights you may have to a refund period, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2011/83 and Directive (EU) 2019/770.

• By completing a purchase, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content.

• Once delivery, download, access, or unlocking has begun, your 14-day right of withdrawal is waived.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where explicitly required by applicable EU law.

• If an Asset has been accessed, downloaded, or made available, no refund or chargeback will be issued.

Gifted Purchases

• Products and services purchased for another user are considered free gifts only.

• Gifted purchases must not involve compensation, trading, or exchange of value between users.

• Gifted purchases are final and non-refundable, just like all other purchases.

2. Subscriptions

• Subscription payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

• You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

• No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

• If your account is disabled or restricted, no refund will be provided for any active or remaining subscription time.

• Access to subscription content ends when the subscription expires.

3. Hosting Services

• Hosting services (game hosting, website hosting, or related services) are non-refundable once provisioning has started.

• Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time.

• If your account is disabled or restricted, no refund will be provided for any hosting services or remaining service time.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only where mandatory under EU consumer law, such as when:

• The digital content is proven to be non-conforming, and

• The issue cannot be resolved through repair, replacement, update, or reasonable support and

• The original provider or developer of the resource is unresponsive, resulting in the resource being unusable for its intended purpose.

Refunds are not granted in any of the following situations:

• If your account is suspended, restricted, or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.

• If prices for previously purchased items are reduced or changed after purchase (no price protection).

• If the purchase was made on behalf of another user, except where required by law.

Any approved refund is issued solely at WEOXIDE’s discretion and only to the original payment method.
