This modern mansion utilizes many lights and light textures to give off a clean and open design. It contains various rooms with large exterior space for activities, a full sized pool, and a garage that can hold 3 vehicles. It was lightly decorated, giving you the ability to decorate and edit anything you like, to fit your needs. The rooms and areas include :
Entrance.

Note : The pool utilizes the ocean water, so you either need to edit the alpha layer below it, or use different water/textures to cover it.

This residential gas station has multiple textures and layers to it, with access to the interior, a space which could be used as a car wash or mechanical bay, a public washroom, and a maintenance room.
Spaces include :

This small, compact, and modern apartment unit, was designed with the clearest materials, promoting both performance and quality in an organized space. This unit contains the following areas :

Living room.
Kitchen / dining area.

This prefab is a standalone and is ready to be placed anywhere.

This Fire Station was designed with the older, brick-themed appearance, giving it the ability to be used as a new or old styled prefab. Optimized for performance, this prefab comes in at a very low count. Left mostly undecorated, giving you the freedom to decorate as you please! It features :

Three vehicle bays.
Lobby/entrance.
Two spaces which could be used as offices.
Outdoor patio.
Two very large rooms.
Roof access.

This is a standalone prefab.

This brick-layered police station, has multiple rooms and outdoor parking spots! Left mostly undecorated, you have the freedom to decorate as you wish, using all the many areas and lots of spaces to make great RP!

Helipad for an easy helicopter landing location.

This is a standalone prefab.

This bookstore features multiple brick textures on multiple stories. Maintaining the Rust theme, it has an old appeal to it, with simple lighting on the front and clear glass on all windows. This structure is also left blank inside, so you're able to freely decorate it as you please!
It features :

Main entrance with a side door.
Roof access.
Two levels. The bottom floor could be used as the main layout, with the second story as a reading/lounge area or whatever you please.

This is a standalone prefab.

This simple supermarket design features a low prefab count, with a simple brick texture and layout, giving you various ways to decorate and purpose this structure. It features the following :

Enormous interior space, left blank for you to freely decorate as you please to suit your needs.
Roof access.
Rear entrance and loading bay.
Broken glass area, which could be used as a greenhouse utilizing the sunshine.

This is a standalone prefab.

This sci-fi, modern house, gives you the chance of living in the sky! Featuring a futuristic design, this structure has many areas for living quarters in all aspects! Place it as high or low as you see fit! Massive open-floor plan.
It features :
Helipad w/ lighting and RGB color.
Pre-lit swimming pool, w/ poolside seating.
Main level living quarters, with multiple areas pre-built for you to use as space for a kitchen, bedrooms, office quarters, or anything else you feel the need for.
Upper level which can be used as a viewing post for air traffic.
Lower deck which could be used to store helicopter fuel or anything else you desire.
Long ladder leading to the lowest base pad, with a great view from the sky.

This is a standalone prefab.

This highrise is based off the actual structure in New York City, and built to realistic height and size. It was created with optimization in mind, while still giving visual satisfaction. The interior has been left completely empty, so you can design and decorate it to satisfy your specific needs! Feel free to edit and alter it in whatever way you would like to for your specific server or project.
It features :

Rooftop helipad.
Multiple floors for various locations.
Ground floor which could be used as a lobby and/or elevator access.
Glass windows to give off a reflective, skyscraper visual affect.
The total prefab count is : 546.
This is a standalone prefab.

It is a roleplay prefab, so don t expects any crates or barrels in it. However, you can add them yourself and transform it in monument.

We present you the Leaning Tower of Pisa of Italy , this is part of a larger scale project with more incomming monuments full scale from important sightseeing points of Italy.
It is not a puzzle monument.

It has 8 apartments located on 4 floors, these being unfurnished, the prefab does not contain a cube that would block the players' ability to build, it can be added later depending on how you will use your server.

Luxury hotel built especially for the crème de la crème. It works with the hotel plugin.
• This three-storey hotel has two floors with a leisure area, rooms, a third floor with a shop-casino and an area prepared for defence in case of a helicopter attack.
• All areas are clearly marked. Each zone contains recyclers, receptions, telephone booths, rest areas, vending area and much more.
• The rooms are equipped with: A large furnace combined with a refinery and a water well. The player will be able to build inside the hotel rooms.
• The Luxury Hotel has 32 areas for the player to build, 16 rooms and 16 outdoor storage rooms.
The Luxury Hotel has been specifically designed to work with the Hotel plugin.

Entity count: 954
When you walk in you can just smell the turkey cooking and know that the furnace is acting up again and that Ralphies dad is most likely downstairs yelling and fixing it once again! The famous leg lamp is in the window rust style of course! Ralphie is just hours away from opening his presents and sure to get his "Red Ryder" BB gun that he wants so badly. But we all know he will probably just shoot his eye out right?
There is lots of loot upstairs and downstairs as well as some around the property. There is NPC's placed inside. I highly recommend using Better NPC so you can kit them out as you see i did above on my server and they act much better than the regular NPC's, very configurable plugin to use once its set up its amazing! There is a Blue keycard door to get in. There is some picture frames around the house to add /sil. The pictures are protected with a collider from theft, you need to go to the top of the picture frame to add your /sil in game for it to work. This is a great prefab for Christmas that your players are sure to love. Who doesnt love Ralphie and the Aunt who made him the adorable bunny suit. 

This pack of three prefabs includes:
Christmas truck red junkpile: only 15 Entities, various loot, pickable red berries and 1 NPC
Christmas truck green junkpile: only 15 Entities, various loot, pickable red berries and 1 NPC
Black Halloween van junkpile: only 40 Entities, various loot, pickable corn and pumpkins and 1 NPC
Nice addition to junkpile to add for the holidays. 

Sphere of Doom has an entity count of 823
Sphere of Doom is a giant pumpkin with various loot and NPC's inside and out.  I replaced Dome on my Server with this one. It has some parkour to jump in the middle to gain loot as well as outside to get to the very top to gain loot. There is NPC's  up top for those who choose to fly a heli there to just take the military crates. If you would like to kit out your NPC's as i did in the above pictures, i like to use Better NPC. It works very well once you get it set up and you can kit them out in various outfits and they will stay in places you want much better, very configurable plugin.  Nice prefab to add for Halloween to give the players a different monument to explore for the month with a touch of spooky!

Entity Count: 562
Various loot inside. No NPC's placed, you must add yourself. I use Better NPC and kit my NPC's on my server as you can see  in the pics. Your better  off adding your own NPC to this prefab, there is tight spaces where the clowns go and they will not stay there. There is also a collider to cause damage if you fight the NPC's and step on the hot charcoal as you can see in the pic. The player will take some damage. There is a dummy button at the front door that tells them they are trapped til the end and must continue through. Only a wheelswitch to turn to get in the door and then the fight begins and they are trapped. I usually add four Better NPC's in this first room on my server to give them a challenge since they have to be careful where they step in there. The next room will be a card door they must go through to get to the clown maze part. If you decide to add your own NPC's and not use clowns you can certainly remove the letters and add your own.  Great spooky prefab for Halloween because everyone loves clowns right?
