About Titans Hand by Lucid Blank
Introducing Titans Hand made by Lucid Blank a massive rock structure forming into a demon's hand. When broken the hand can be molded to the needs of the server leaving room for infinite possibilities. Included in this prefab pack are 5 variations of the titan's hand, including 2 usable monuments. Most are drag and drop into rust edit and can be broken and fully customized per your needs. Comes with some custom runes placed on the chained variant as shown in the video. With glow effects, even at night the monuments stand out and reign over the land.

Multi leveled floors with red card room and lots of loot each level, NO NPC's added. You can add yourself.  Rust Edit NPC's dont work well on this prefab. Better Npc's works amazing 
on this prefab and you can kit them out. This is a great prefab to add to your server for the Holiday Season that the players will love looting!

In the Small Town of Haddonfield, Michael Myers has come home once again to his house, do you dare go inside to loot is the question? Perfect house for Halloween to add to your map. Entity count of 1019. Comes with various loot inside and outside. Two story worth of loot. 2 NPC's  added to house to fight while looting and have fun for the spooky season.

Nice prefab for nostalghia since most drive ins are now closed. Some of us still remember the great times there as a child. Theres 6 NPC's added to the Drive in. Lots  of various loot added all around and inside the drive in. 
 
         

Santas workshop comes with a custom Snowman Recycler. You enter the workshop with a red door. NPC's inside. Lots of loot in and around the property. Entity count 712.

Entity count: 253 This is a small prefab with various loot around it. No NPCs placed in rust edit since they just run off. There is a plugin on Umod called "Better Scarecrows" that works great tho. I use this on my server to place around. Or you can add your own NPC's through another plugin.

Entity count: 618  No NPC's included. When placing them with Rust Edit they tend to run off or dont act right. I highly suggest you try a plugin such as Better NPC, works amazing once you get it set up for prefabs like this. There is a /sil picture inside (you will need sign artist). I did place a barrier over to keep players from taking the pic. While in game an admin would need to hover at the very top to use /sil to add the pic. This is put in place like this to prevent players from removing the frame. There is plenty of loot inside. Takes a green card to get inside and a fuse. There are low volume damage colliders placed near steam so when the player walks through the steam areas they will take very minimal damage to there health. The electric, switches, timers, etc set up to give the player a little harder time getting through it. There are fake buttons, sequenced timers you must use to get through so beware, all the electric works and has been tested but switches are hidden behind loot that they will need to hit to get to the next area of the prefab to make it more challenging is all. Role play terrace houses.
3 variants - red, white, brown
Role play terrace houses for your server. Features a large lounge/Kitchen area with 2x 2 seater sofas, fully working radio (on side table), large functioning open fire for those colder evenings, hanging pictures (to paint or /sil). large kitchen area with fully functional cooker, fridge & cupboard storage.
A staircase leads to the master bedroom with includes 2x functional locker units, a double bed (for placing sleeping bags on), huge stack of storage chest, hangings pictures & a pookie bear to keep you safe on the dark nights.
The front door allows for a lock to be placed by players.
Players can place deployable items on both the first and second floor.
I would advise if placed in a terrace row (close together) to set a no TC zone with oxides zonemanager plugin.
I personally lock all the houses and sell the door codes via vendors at the estate agents for extra RP 😉

Custom and modern looking vending machines that can be used just like normal vending machines they come with all the necessities to make them work properly like any other vending machine. 
Vending presets are provided with the file if you wish to edit the items put on sale.

elcome to military yard. A place used by the military to store vehicles, ammunition and supply's for Launch site and oil rig. 
This Monument is designed to replace the standard Military Base in the desert and is roughly the same size for easy placement.
