Modern German Submarine Pens - Has 2 Subs, one in dry dock one in a pen. They are to scale and compartments in the approx. areas allowing for playability. Need to do a bit of climbing to allow entry to the dry dock. Sub Pens open from the control room and once the new subs from FP are online it will be updated to accommodate the new underwater features.

This is a Missile Silo based on the Titan II, just done a major update
If you place it with the ground floor roof level with the water table you
get a good effect of a semi flooded monument. You will find fuses and green
to red keycards required to make it to the end and pockets of radiation
along with the scientists to hinder you.

A custom garage-junkyard combined with a green and red key-card puzzle.
Basement holds 1 green crate + 3 Construction Crates + 1 Tool Crate and 9 oil barrels
Office holds 2 elite crates and 1 hackable crate fuse for office can be found in the toilet.
In the parking a Magnetic Crane can be found with a shredder and a few shreddable cars which respawn . Crane and shredder works the same way like vanilla Junkyard , pop the fuel , hop in , pickup the cars and get the loot.
~Monument comes with Alpha , Biome , Height , Splat and Topology masks.
~To use this on your map copy the files from "Custom Prefabs" folder into your "CustomPrefabs" folder in RustEdit directory and after that you can see your new prefab in the Custom Prefabs list in Rust Edit.

Backstory
This island is part of an ancient civilization, apparently people who lived before the appearance of COBALT built an arena there and used magic. We can see that the arena has not been completed and only we can decide what to do with it next. After finding this mysterious island, the mechanisms turned out to be working, all the doors open. People lived in it and built small houses and a port, over time people mysteriously disappeared and something dark and powerful blows from the island Important

About Skorm Arena [EVENT]
This monument was created for holding events in it. The arena is made in such a way that players can be divided into 2 teams, red and blue. The administrator can manage the arena without leaving the place from which he watches the battle. Observers of the battle can sit on the stands, where I have installed invisible chairs. There are 2 entrances to the arena, entrance 1 and entrance 2, in order to get there, you need to open the kinetic doors from the inside, this could be your assistant. What can you manage? I have divided the control view into 2 parts, "light" and "doors".
Which doors can be opened?
- Doors in which gladiators sit
- Doors to the store.
- Doors for buying horses.
- Doors for access to the arena doors(climb up).
- Exit doors to the arena
What kind of electricity can be used?
- Light in the gladiator chambers
- Light between the cameras and the store
- Light at the horse spawn place

All electricity is divided into 2 teams, you can separately open the doors of the blue or red ones. For greater historicity and convenience, I added an option called "pollice verso", which allows the administrator to give an order to spare or kill the loser, well, or just show everyone what decision he made. I thought that 2 teams would not be enough, and added 2 more exits "Bot1" and "Bot2", there you can spawn bots and open the doors for them to enter the arena. In the arena itself, I placed 2 traps, a barbed post and an electric pressure plate. What can players buy in the store and what are they like?

The weapon is only melee, the armor is only wooden.But you can change the settings at your discretion. Clothing, weapons, can be sold at a price 2 times less. To turn off the cameras, the administrator should simply move the switch to the "off" position.
