Has lobby floor with 10 NPC vending machines, poker tables, blackjack, slot machines, arcade machines, tables/chairs, phone and radio.
Has 3 floors with 8 rooms in each floor.
Recycler on each floor.
Can interact with everything in the rooms.
Roof with helipad.
Also has working CCTV on each floor.
To make it work with the Hotel plugin all you need to do is place codelocks on the doors and setup the plugin.

Car Dealer its a futuristic prefab made to work with the TalkingNPC and TalkingNPCVehicles.
Works with any other plugin that spawns cars. Also can be used as stand-alone.
Includes a premade spot for the car spawners and 2 tables for the bots.
Second floor has 3 working Car Lifts and 2 NPC Vending Machines.

Police Station safezoned has 3 floors and is equipped with vending machines , jail cells and also guarded by Peacekeepers and turrets.

Various loot and NPC's. Bloody red water runs around the prefab. Collider placed inside to cause damage to the player if they disobey the danger signs and go for  a swim. Pumpkins with glowing eyes greet you at the gates. Eerily green glowing lights come from the window and the top floor. We just Dr. Finkelstein  is up to some kind of new experiment while Sally tends to her garden of deadly nightshade on the side with her bench. 
Nice prefab to add for Halloween to give the players a spooky treat!

Various loot on the alligator and NPC's. Just lay the Alligator into the water somewhere and let players jump across the rocks to get to the alligator to loot and fight the NPC's. But if they fall in the water there are triggers to injure them (mid). Also you will notice signs posted of piranhas in the water so they know not to go in the water, they must use the rocks to parkour across and gain the loot without falling in. Some fog also over the alligator as well and breath coming out of his nose and bright red eyes. He looks amazing at night with the fog and red eyes. You could also place on land somewhere if you like, just remove the triggers of damage all around the alligator if you like or leave them to make it a little harder. Up to you. Great prefab to add to your map for a change of stuff to do in game!

Small prefab of Town hall from Nightmare Before Christmas. Has an entity count of 420.  Has various loot inside and outside with 2 NPC's. Great Prefab for Halloween! Collider added to Picture frame to prevent being taken, you must add pic by going to very top of frame with /sil.

Low entity count of 367. Pumpkin Infestation has Npc's and loot inside. Red card room included to get inside. Nice prefab if your not afraid of spiders, but its ok, these are cute!

When walking up on this monument you just know something bad has happened here and there's a long history with this mansion and most likely haunted. When you find out why this property is haunted you will be turning every corner watching your back knowing the dead girls are walking the hallways looking for revenge or perhaps Elizabeth  Bathory herself. This creepy monument has a very bloody past. Elizabeth Bathory killed many  girls in her mansion in the 1600's and bathed in their blood to keep her youth. She is a notorious serial killer in her time. This prefab is sure to bring some Halloween vibe to your server!. There is lots of loot upstairs and downstairs as well as NPC's. There is also loot barrels out around the property. There is a large picture upstairs where you can place a /sil if you like of her to make the  prefab even spookier as i did. In the pics above you will see that i use Better NPC's on my server and i can give them kits so they are dressed according to the prefab im using them in. I recommend doing this but there is NPC's placed in there already to give players a fight when looting.
 

Here is the famous Diagon Alley from Harry Potter. You enter by a crack in the wall and it opens up to a whole new world. Walking the streets and looking around you just know that Hagrid is probably at The Leaky Cauldron having a meal now!
There is six stores inside along with the flying Ford Anglia coming in for a landing. If your looking for a wand or just some equipment to play Quidditch you have come to the right place. There is lots and lots of loot all around as well as NPC's  and there is a recycler on the property. There is colliders on each of the pictures frames to prevent theft. You must go to the top of the frame to place /sil.  This prefab has a lot to explore and is sure to please your players. Ive used Better NPC as you can see in the above pics to kit all of my NPCs accordingly and they work amazing and i highly suggest that. You do have regular NPC's inside still tho.
Stores included in prefab are: Quidditch, The Leaky Cauldron, Ollivanders, Flourish and Blotts, Slug and Jiggers Apothecary and Florean Fortescues Ice Cream.
This prefab is sure to please your players and keep them busy ,it is a fairly large prefab!

Its just a bunch of Hocus Pocus! 
Entity count on this prefab is 897.
Comes with lots of loot inside and outside as well as NPC's inside ,the door to enter is a red keycard door.
This will make an awesome Halloween Prefab!

A modern heli tower  which can fit perfectly on any PVE/PVP modded server.
No masks , simply drag and drop anywhere on your map.
Vending machines from the screenshots work just like a normal vending machine with the custom vending profiles which are provided with the prefab.

To use this on your map copy the files from "Custom Prefabs" and "Vending Presets" folders into your "CustomPrefabs"  and "VendingPresets" folder in RustEdit directory  and after that you can see your new prefab in the Custom Prefabs list in Rust Edit and be able to edit the vending profiles if you wish so.

The annual pumpkin festival has 3 NPC's and various loot all around it along with a dunk tank, pumpkin carving, apple bobbing and water gun station. Great prefab for Halloween!
