Large buildable PVE/Roleplay-Area.
(Note: You can't build everything. That means you are not able to place walls if there is alrdy a foundation. What you can is placing all kind of deployables and definitly build when theres no foundation.)
 
The basic idea of this is the animal shelter itself (Nice with a pet-plugin or maybe a soon coming extention).
You can spawn wolfs, chicken, bears, whatever in the seperated cells (they will stay there).
There is space for a vet, a farmer and a (car) mechanic or whatever your playerbase can think of.
Two "crimescenes" for RP-Szenarios are also included. Swimming dead bodies and stuff in the underground silo and human meat parts in the boar trough.

You can spraycan some entities. (doors, boxes, ect.)

The area in and around the area has no  prevent building zone.

Hey everyone.
 
Here, I am including a small arena, basically designed with a natural surrounding, along with a small river, cliffs, and a cabin for players to take cover.
FEATURES:
- The arena itself, is divided into a 2 team sections, a RED and BLUE circle marks the location on the compound walls.
- There is a cube designed above the arena for spectators. Also has some picture frames for advertisement.
- Open area for players to move, and plan a strategic plan to get to the other side.
- Total prefabs: 58
- Includes the Splat, Height, River and Topology settings along with the arena.
 
NOTE: You may be required to download the Oxide.Ext.RustEdit.dll library to use for your custom map.

This Prefab has been in the work's for a few day's now and its finally done!
Rusty Nut's is the place to be for all your gambling need's,
it offer's mountable stool's at the bar, mountable seats at the booth's
a stage for all those top notch performance's plenty of table's for playing card's
and plenty of slot machine's.
There are 2 tables with spining wheels they can be used as roulette tables
V3 update coming out when the new dlc drop's
Stage will have working mic + speakers
Stage will also have boom box that connects to speakers so owners can play music in the casino
Trees will be added to the outside as well as a helipad & parking lot

This is a small blue card road side monument
 

Simple dome for use in space servers or dome with life inside domes its simple prefab nothing is inside dome you decide what you want to put inside.

From the series - "All that irritates me" - Add sockets on all Walls and Pillars (plaster too) to facilitate and speed up the creation, avoiding overlapping walls that keep appearing in the final product. Hope you like it. This price is symbolic, just to support me. Thanks!
