This custom prefab can turn the old bland outpost into something more accessible and enjoyable for your players. I designed this specifically to enable Airwolf to look good combine with this custom Outpost Add-on. This is perfect for small community's on a budget that are looking to spice things up.
This prefab contains
. A substantially sized Heli pad 
. Stairs, bridges for easy accessibility 
. Custom vendor hut to put any custom npc you desire 
. room for the option for [Monument addons] to add a Air wolf NPC without tampering with custom NPC's.

In order for this to be applied. You will need to download RustEdit. This a simple process and not hard to do. You not gonna find NPC inside , you need plugin or add it manually.

Here is my Windmill, 

one is with working Windmill, inside recycler and some hided loot.
Second one you can ease use in Bandit town, just drag it on the working windmill , need just adjust hight.
Also comes with recycler and loot.

Just tested my Windmill , you cant use it on Bandit town windmills, reason, because bandit town windmills bigger 😞

All the portals presented in this collection serve as spawn points for players. You can't build around each of the portals. Each portal is easy to install. I will add more portals to this package. There are currently  portals in total.

You can drink water from each well, they are designed to diversify the atmosphere of the game.

This door has a little mystery. In order to open this door, you need to send a signal 4131 on your radio console or radio transmitter. The door is opened by a remote control from the outside and from the inside, as well as the door can be opened by a kinetic wheel from the inside. This door is perfect as a part for your puzzle and for a great entrance to RadTown or another custom monument.

For your convenience, I have installed Socket on all prefabs. You can put them and they will always be even

Comfortable shelter with safe zone, car lift and some loot inside, uses IO so Oxide.Ext.RustEdit.dll is necessary on your server.
Just put all files into /CustomPrefabs folder and use with pre-built height and splat (if it still works on latest version, im not sure)

This custom contains 16+ liveable units made up of large or small caravan (see my other listings for descriptions).   Also a clubhouse with bar, card table and slot machines,  green card, barrels and standard crates.
Toilet block and washing area, pool with outside seating and imitation tennis court.
 

A static caravan featuring a bed, storage chest and spawning food crate.  Perfect for a little holiday home.   Have many a peaceful break in this little beauty.

Also have a complete caravan park set up with 16+ liveable caravans.  Perfect for a busy server to reduce buildings in central points and keep FPS reasonable.
 

Like its bigger brother (Large Caravan) this little static caravan has a bed, storage container and a spawning food crate.  Perfect when you need to get away from it all and chill.
