Low entity count of 367. Pumpkin Infestation has Npc's and loot inside. Red card room included to get inside. Nice prefab if your not afraid of spiders, but its ok, these are cute!

When walking up on this monument you just know something bad has happened here and there's a long history with this mansion and most likely haunted. When you find out why this property is haunted you will be turning every corner watching your back knowing the dead girls are walking the hallways looking for revenge or perhaps Elizabeth  Bathory herself. This creepy monument has a very bloody past. Elizabeth Bathory killed many  girls in her mansion in the 1600's and bathed in their blood to keep her youth. She is a notorious serial killer in her time. This prefab is sure to bring some Halloween vibe to your server!. There is lots of loot upstairs and downstairs as well as NPC's. There is also loot barrels out around the property. There is a large picture upstairs where you can place a /sil if you like of her to make the  prefab even spookier as i did. In the pics above you will see that i use Better NPC's on my server and i can give them kits so they are dressed according to the prefab im using them in. I recommend doing this but there is NPC's placed in there already to give players a fight when looting.
 

Here is the famous Diagon Alley from Harry Potter. You enter by a crack in the wall and it opens up to a whole new world. Walking the streets and looking around you just know that Hagrid is probably at The Leaky Cauldron having a meal now!
There is six stores inside along with the flying Ford Anglia coming in for a landing. If your looking for a wand or just some equipment to play Quidditch you have come to the right place. There is lots and lots of loot all around as well as NPC's  and there is a recycler on the property. There is colliders on each of the pictures frames to prevent theft. You must go to the top of the frame to place /sil.  This prefab has a lot to explore and is sure to please your players. Ive used Better NPC as you can see in the above pics to kit all of my NPCs accordingly and they work amazing and i highly suggest that. You do have regular NPC's inside still tho.
Stores included in prefab are: Quidditch, The Leaky Cauldron, Ollivanders, Flourish and Blotts, Slug and Jiggers Apothecary and Florean Fortescues Ice Cream.
This prefab is sure to please your players and keep them busy ,it is a fairly large prefab!

Its just a bunch of Hocus Pocus! 
Entity count on this prefab is 897.
Comes with lots of loot inside and outside as well as NPC's inside ,the door to enter is a red keycard door.
This will make an awesome Halloween Prefab!

A modern heli tower  which can fit perfectly on any PVE/PVP modded server.
No masks , simply drag and drop anywhere on your map.
Vending machines from the screenshots work just like a normal vending machine with the custom vending profiles which are provided with the prefab.

The annual pumpkin festival has 3 NPC's and various loot all around it along with a dunk tank, pumpkin carving, apple bobbing and water gun station. Great prefab for Halloween!

The OffShore Building Bundle 1 consists of 5 islands  created for the sole purpouse of giving your players the perfect islands to build on away from the main land and enrich their experiences with unique layouts for each of the islands.

This cove has been designed for my latest map Project K with inspiration from Sea Of Thieves.
Players can climb the rocks ladder all the way to the top guided by lanterns and build bases on top of the cove.
At the base of the cove to the left side there is a small dock for boats and at top a helipad for helicopters and minicopters.
 

Building Island is one of my first ever prefabs that i had built for my server years ago , the concept is a separated island from the mainland for players to build the best and nicest bases safe from dangers of the main island.
The inside where the paths are has a cave built in the cliffs where you can build inside , the backside of the island has a cove caved into the cliffs for players to dock their boat and build easily.
Helipads around the island for easier landing with flying vehicles.

Arctic Grotto is a 1 grid and a half size island ( see pictures for size reference) built for off shore player base building , the top of the island is reachable from the side of the island or by flying , the inside is reachable by boat or swimming.
There are spots to build bases inside the grotto and on top/sides of the island !
A blue key card garage is on top of the island that can only be opened with a blue keycard.
No loot present this is just a base building location!
For trees and edibles to spawn properly when adding this to your map make sure you delete Ocean topology , it is removed by default but the moment you add it on your map it will be added back to  it , otherwise nothing will spawn around the island , if you don't know how to you can contact me and i can guide you to do it!

Castaway Island is a 2 grid size island ( see pictures for size reference) built for off shore player base building , the island is only reachable via the cove in front of the island and an underground tunnel to go on the island or by flying.
A small lake is present on left side of the island for farmers!
There is plenty of space to build clan bases on the exterior of the island and small bases under the rock formation on the island or on top of the rock formation.
For trees and lake topology to work properly when adding this to your map make sure you delete Ocean topology , it is removed by default but the moment you add it on your map it will be added back to  it , otherwise pumpkins , corn and trees won't spawn around the lake and island , if you don't know how to you can contact me and i can guide you to do it!

Stone Island is part of a series of off-shore islands made for player building only.
The island is 1 grid big !
The first level is accessible from ocean level by jumping on the low cliffs and the whole area is buildable , to access the second level of the island there are 3 spots accessible with rocks ladder to climb up.
Second level of the island has topology for trees , animals , ore and edibles spawns , second level is also fully buildable.
All masks are present (height , topology , splat) , please make sure if you place it down on your maps to remove ocean topology where it is placed to make sure everything spawns properly and there's no ocean spawns on the island! This will have to be done with any off-shore monuments as it takes the ocean topology of the map and it applies it automatically when you place it down.

Let me briefly tell you about this building. It is a custom-made prefabricated house, ready to be built, which includes an existing farm. Tables for mixing various ingredients are located on the ground floor.
The lights on the ground floor turn on automatically.
Thus, this solution is perfect for those who do not have time to build a farm on their own.

This is a Homeless shack with a high level of detail. This homeless shack is livable and can easy have a lock placed on it with working electricity. This Prefab is Prefect for a lot of things. It also has 2 seats on the roof and a custom made ladder. This Prefab has 97 entities
